Hello, if you have registered but haven't received an email confirming your activation please contact us within 3 to 4 days at the latest. After that time period it becomes almost impossible to find your registration due to the amount of email we receive per day.
DO NOT WAIT 6 MONTHS THEN CONTACT US TO ASK WHY YOUR ACCOUNT HASN'T BEEN APPROVED. I can only go back a maximum of 30 days on the registrations to look for your original one to manually approve it but anything longer than 30 days is too late. At that point you will need to register again with a secondary email address because the primary address is locked in the system but we have no way of pulling it out at that point.
