Hi Helen:

I'm sorry your posts have been overlooked. Sometimes mine gets overlooked too, so I know how aggravating it is. You're not alone, I have problems dealing with anxiety and depression too. I went through the program years ago, and it helped me tremendously.

This past year has been a challenging one for me, trying to find work and dealing with some new family issues. I had to get the program back out and review to get through some rough spots. There were times I thought the anxiety was going to get the best of me. Fortunately, it didn't. :)

All I can tell you is to not give up. I don't know if you've got the program or not, but I strongly recommend it.

Hope this helps! Take care, and God bless.

Hi Helenmelon

WE are real! All too real at times. Those of us who have anxiety have all felt what you are experiencing at one time or another.

My first experiences were in my early twenties with the birth of my first child. Stressful situations often trigger our anxiety. I overcame the most severe symptoms but fought anxiety for 40 plus years.

A year ago I was revisited with symptoms more severe than I had ever experienced before.
Scary thoughts, anxiety attacks and depression.
I ordered the Program and found relief in the first few sessions as they explained the scary thoughts that caused so much worry.

Your anxiety may come and go but don't fear it, welcome it back with the understanding that you will not let it control your life.

The program is not a 15 week magic cure. You cannot just go through the motions and expect never to be anxious again.

The Program explains why we think as we do, how it affects how we feel and our level of anxiety. It provides the tools to control our anxiety and our responses to it.

I am using these tools and the understanding of my anxiety to improve the quality of my life.
You can do the same.

Best wishes

Hi Helen,
You are not alone. I am a frustrated newbie here and I don't know how to find the introduction that I wrote today to share with others. No one has responded to my profile either.
I am sad to say that this is a big confusing website with no communications.

Be Happy
Helen

Hi all -

I know it's disappointing, but don't be disturbed if nobody responds. There can be a number of different reasons why a post doesn't get any replies. Sometimes it's that people just don't know what to say. Other times, folks on here are looking for advice and encouragement and are not feeling up to giving it at the moment.

Another reason is simply where the post is placed. Some areas get more traffic than others. I think the area that gets the most viewers is the main forum general comments section.

Lastly, when you see a post that hasn't gotten any replies, consider posting a reply even if it's just a single line of encouragement. If we all do that, then most if not all posts will get addressed.

Don't get discouraged. We're all very real and important.

Take care,
Jamie

HELENMELON~~

You're good to go. We're all here, and we're all real, and we all deal with what you have. Hang in there and you'll win out in the end. You'll beat it. You know you will.

Then, you can come back and read your threads, and see where you started! It will be like it was from a different person.

Hang in there!
