Since an Adult,I have had horrible problems with my Ears.In 1998,I had an Inner Ear Infection in my L Ear..couple Years later,I had a Fungus Infection that produced a black gunk in the same Ear.

My Ears ache deep inside, itch, slightly ring, diminished hearing, especially in my L Ear,I feel off-balance,experience Vertigo and lately my R Ear is stuffy, but tries to unstop. It is just miserable!

I read that Earache,Itching,Ringing,Hearing loss,Meniere's disease,Stuffed feeling,Increased sensitivity to sound,Recurring infections,especially in children are symptoms of Stress.

Hi gal30.

You are so right about that because whenever my stress level goes up, I start getting those darn ear problems. I get every one of those symptoms too.

Deedee,
When you experience these Ear problems what do you do and how do you ease or make feel better? So far,I mixed up GSE (Grape Seed Extract) and Rubbing Alcohol to absorb Water after showering then bought a bottle of Wally's Ear Oil.I never in a million Years would of thought Stress could cause hearing loss or the other symptoms..

Hi,
this is particularly interesting to me, because i have had on/off chronic stuffy feelings in my ears (right mostly) for a few months now. I feel a little unsteady in the head when i walk around and like i want to "clear" my ear. I have been to the ear doctor 3 times, and he says there is nothing much wrong, just slightly lower pressure in my right tube, adn slight hearing loss. I am almost done with the program, but this symptom is keeping me anxious. can anyone relate?

Hi everyone. For years I've had chronic ear, vertigo issues. I finally saw a physician out of state that diagnosed, barometric pressure issues(when a storm is coming I know it) and vestibular migranes. He says that the key is to go on a medication short term every day that treats migraines. Currently I'm taking a seisure med. It has helped a little with visual issues but not the pressure and balance issures. Some days the head wants to explode. It was recommended to take decongestants daily, but I can't due to a heart condition. So mostly just suffer with it. The pressure is better when sunny days arrive. Also, smoking ads to it. So I quit.. Hope this helps..

Claritin, an over the counter allergy medicine, works great. If the pressure causes a headache, take some advil too. These medicines has kept me from a lot of misery. Hope this helps and I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to this thread.
