All day???...
Ok, so I hope someone could kind of help me out with this. Seriously, I feel lightheaded, nervous, anxious, and out of it ALL DAY. I know there are physical symptoms for specifically a panic attack but why is it like this all day? I'm worried it's something else but I've gone through extensive blood work and been to the doctor a bunch of times..Does anyone else feel like this all day?

Dolce52,
I'm not a doctor, but your not alone on the body symptoms that you're experiencing. The lightheaded feeling that your getting is refered to as spaceyness. When you suffer from anxiety, your mind races with thoughts of all kinds, worry, scarry...etc. All of what your feeling sounds like anxiety and like i said, your not alone. I think you'll find that most of the people on this site has experienced this. Have you ordered the program yet? If not, i suggest that you do, it will help you tremendously. Second, these body symptoms are not panic-attack. If you where having one, it would be difficult to catch your breath and you would most likely get dizzy and feel like you will pass-out. For me, i had that pluss my hands and my feet would go numb. The dizzyness comes from breathing in and out too rapidly, this causes your body to get too much oxygen.
Hope that cleared it up for you,
Bill

No, not hyperventilation. Your mind is racing with thoughts that you probably don't realize your thinking. Your mind can get just as tired as any other body part. it's like your brain is on hyperdrive, this can get in the way of your normal brain activity. It's more like your constantly distracted, and that makes you feel strange. if you learned how to slow it down, you would really see the difference.
