Does any one get muscle twitches with their anxiety. I can be feeling fine and all of a sudden I get these muscle twitches anywhere in my body and it freaks me out and of course starts the what if thinking.

I get them ALL the time. Mostly my eye twitches and I worry that people will notice and they never do! I also have frequent twitches in my hands. They are totally stress related but just let them go and they will just go away on their own. They are no big deal!

I can get twitches at times, and I will realize that it means I'm feeling anxious. I use the tools (especially breathing) and the twitches go away. I just consider them now a way for me to gauge my anxiety level so that I know that I need to take care of myself.
