Has anyone else tried this program and didnt finish it? I did I was doing very well, and then stopped after my college semester because that was where most of my anxiety came from presenting projects and reading out loud those are the things that initiated my panic attacks in the first place back when i was 15 in highschool i had a panic attack while presenting a project in front of the class it was the most mortifying thing I havent got up in front of a group since and its been 7 years now im getting into my career I dont want to act like a scared teen anymore hope i finish it this time.

Hey B.
It's my second time around as well. Tried it last year most of the way. Things got better some, and then worse again....and decided to give it another shot with the intention and discipline to go all the way through.

When I was younger I had a personality that I would NEVER think of speaking in front of groups and present materials. But now, as a commercial photographer and teacher I do it all the time and I actually love it. It is one of the rare times that I am totally me....it is so jarring to have to present stuff that all I can do it present it! Oddly my whole true and real personality and my real self seems to always come forward and I do great. I feel alive, useful, purposeful and engaged with life. Best part; I realized that the people in the seats were there because they WANTED to learn something from me! They actually WANTED to hear what I had to say! There is nothing more empowering than doing it.....give your self the gift of doing it a few times and even the gift of goofing up a couple till you get accustomed to it. You might just like it!

Great luck to you. Hope your doing great!

This is my second time around, and i only got about half way through the first time. It helped me a lot and the anxiety went away, but now it's back. I agree that doing things you love help tremendously with anxiety.
I think finishing the program is the key, and after doing so we'll have the tools to keep the anxiety and depression at bay. Good luck to you all!
