I received the program yesterday and am confused as to how to begin. I need a list of what to listen to and when and when to watch the coaching videos. I am ready to start but do not want to mess it up. PLEASE HELP.

I recently received the program myself about a week ago. My mom go it for me. I watched the Jump Start Video first. and I think after that you listen to each session and work in the workbook for about a week...listening to each session multiple times during that week, and watch the coaching video for each session sometime during that week. In the workbook on the back of the table of contents page it gives you a guide of what to do each day for each weekly session. So basically, sessions 1-4 will approximately take about 4 weeks to get through. However, you can really take as long as you need. You can pace yourself. I hope this helps!? =)

Look in the first few pages of the workbook, it will tell you the schedule.

What does it mean for Observer Mode? I do not have the videos. So do I just listen to the session ... and what do I do? Just think about it? Do I listen all the way through or only only part? It seems to take over an hour each day... is this accurate?
Thanks!

:) Hi. I think by observer mode, it means to be mindful of the thoughts, self-talk, negative affirmations etc..... you may be saying to yourself, and to just be aware that you are doing that. We all have negative self-talk going through our minds, and by observing, and catching ourselves speaking negative, whether out loud or in our minds, that is the first step to healing. Once we are self-aware of our inner dialogue, we can change it by changing how we speak to ourselves, etc....... That's what the observer mode is. Just to observe.

I am only into the 2nd lesson, but I feel strange just "observing" and listening. Is this normal also? Thx for your input also GirlWisdom.
