restarted the program because i felt like i slacked off

is it really important that i pay attention to my backgrounds,the ones that potentially caused me to be anxious and depressed

I just restarted the program too. I'm trying to not question and second guess the program to much. I think that is what I did wrong the first time and did not finish it. I think its important to recognise I have this problem and see how it effects me personally. When I consider my background it helps me see how I may have developed these bad mental habits and why. Most importantly, if I developed the stress, anxiety that leads to depression then I can understand it is possible to change those habits. What seemed resonable in the past situations may not be reality now but I am still mentally living in that past reality until I recognise it and change it. That is how I am taking it.
