Breathing technique

Post by Fed_up123 » Tue Mar 08, 2011 2:25 pm

I don't know but, I feel when I do this breathing technique using my stomach instead of my chest. I end up with pressure in the center of my chest leaving me with discomfort thoughout the whole day. Sometimes it last longer then I start to worry about something I shouldn't be worried about because no one really died from anxiety right????

You're probably trying too hard. It's OK, just relax. I think the biggest thing is to exhale 1-2 counts more than you inhale. Hey, sometimes just focusing and watching your breath helps. There is no "wrong" way to breath, only better more relaxing ways.
