I am on the 3rd day and have already made some strides I'm proud of. I was able to drive home (65 miles 1hr) without stopping and with less phone contact. I had been stopping @ every gas station! Yea!!! I am feeling like i can do this and if i take my time.....i will be back to the BETTER ME. I can see some light....I am feeling hopeful that i can conquer this:) I still have a ways to go...but the longest journeys start with a few steps;)

Thanks! What session are you working on now? We just had a big snow and ice in the south so now i have been nervous because of ice on road during my drive. The positive: It is almost gone!!! I love the snow, but the hour drive with possibility of ice...not so much:)
