I know anxiousness comes with anxiety but does anyone experience it all the time? Instead of having a full blown panic attack it just sits there and it can be irritating!! Can anyone relate?

I do not get panic attacks alot. I get anxiety allllllll day. It does get better though. It may increase some or decrease if I am distracted but it is always there. Has gotten better though

Good morning Rosaslie, and Naustin,

I think this is probably true for most people here. Somehow we manage to get through the day. I saw a signature from someone that best expresses this. I don't remember who has that signature or where it came from but goes something like this:

"...Depression is living in the past, anxiety is living or projecting about the future..."

Now, and this moment is what we truly have, and this being the case, let us make the most of the miracle of this precious moment and live in the now.

Here's the album:

Here's the follow up story:

The album was released in Oct. 2007. The story was released May 2008.

In his second song, He sang about the miracle of the moment. here is his tour calendar:

We have to learn from the exemplary life that this young man knows about the miracle of the moment. >:D<

I can totally relate to what you are saying. I am constantly anxious except when I sleep. Thank God that I am able to sleep. You are not alone.

I know how you feel....I have anxiety almost all day. I am on session ten and the anxiety has gotten I would say a little better but I just want it to go away. Like the previous person wrote, I only find peace is when I am asleep.

Hang in there!!

I know exactly how you feel,I think that if I wasn't so anxious, I could really beat this thing. But the feelings are so overwhelming it just makes you remember that you have anxiety when you really are trying so hard to forget about it.

I wake up feeling anxious and the doctor gave Xanax to take but Ihate being on it and I am afraid I am already hooked on it. The least little thing can cause me to feel anxious. If the anxiety gets too bad, I start getting depressed. It seems like a vicious cycle.

Love31, I feel the same way you do!! Can you tell me if when you are anxious do you get tired and feel shaky sometimes with the anxious symptom?

Hi, I know what you all mean about feeling anxious all the time. Doesn't it seem like it's just lying there waiting to be provoked? And when something small happens, for me anyway, it just erupts. Ah I wonder how my boyfriend deals with me.
And it is a cycle isn't it? My anxiety is followed by guilt and depression and a sense of failure. Hmmm I wonder if forgiving yourself helps.

Rosaslie1,
Yes, I do feel tired and shaky. I am trying but I am not following the program well enough. I started in late February and then I am so tired after work and I want to go home and lie down. My cousin has had this for years and she says to get busy doing something but I find it difficult to do that. GMAN has given people a lot of good responses and he is trying to help all of us while he feels it himself. I did order the cd of Chapman that he recommends. I have checked out a lot of sights that recommends and he has put a lot of time and thought in helping us. I pray he does well and I have enjoyed chatting with him. Feel free to ask me anything. jcat
