Hello all,
I am just finishing up week 1. I have really put 100 percent of myself into this program. I have discovered alot about my behaviors and thinking habits! Wow!

But now after analyzing myself all week.I feel tired,SAD,and guilty! I feel like a bad person!
I know I'm NOT a bad person! I keep getting negative to positive thinking and visa-versa.

I realize this is probally part of the process..
But I'm looking for support and reassurance.
Anyone else feeling like this OR anyone further into the program remember feeling this way?

Prior to week 1 I too was thinking negatively and feeling sad. I only finished session 2 but it's made a difference. I've replaced most of negative thoughts with positive ones and feeling happier for the first time in a long time.Don't get me wrong, I still have my not so good days.Hang in there and never give up. Things will improve for you and you will feel better. Everyone heals at their own pace. Remember think positively!!!

I'm feeling better today! I guess it's hard to take a hard look at yourself like that!

It's nice to hear that your on session 2 and already feeling better! It is inspiring!
