It seems like since I've started the program, I'm even more anxious than usual. Is it because I'm facing my anxiety? That's what my mom said. I just wanna relax and enjoy life..:(

I've had the same thing happen to me too (I'm on session 3 right now). I'm inclined to agree with your mom: Most of my life I tried to ignore the anxiety symptoms and depression symptoms. The program asks you to confront and re-frame your thoughts. This would naturally be anxiety producing! I think if you keep rolling with it, the symptoms will gradually become less and less intense.

Yes, this is true TJ. I'm on week 12 and I can't believe what a difference it has made. Every session can produce anxiety and some are more than others, for each person thier different. I too felt/ and sometimes still feel anxiety but I keep telling myself this is a process. Give yourself a pat on the back for even little things, baby steps. Keep with it, it gets so much better! :)
