Hey everyone,
Started Session 1 two days ago.  Still not sure how to feel about the whole program.  I mean I love hearing the testimonials and they are encouraging, but I just don't ever see me getting to that point.  I mean, I've never been good at writing down my thoughts and soul searching, etc.  whether through a psychologist, cognitive behavioral therapy, or whatever else.  I'm not a stupid person, but I am one of little words.  Not a huge talker, therefore how can I just splash down thought after thought about how I feel in the workbook.  But I will get through the program, I just want to benefit as much as possible from it and not miss out on some of it.  I have to get my life back together!  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
