I started the program last year and just sort of trailed off. Right now I'm basically housebound due to agoraphobia.

What caused me to get back on the horse is my health...I have a lot of problems that I am neglecting and if I want to stick around for my kids I have to take control.

It's really comforting to know other deal with all of this stuff; I didn't use the forums last time and I think they will be a big help. I am looking forward to this journey.

Good luck to us all!
Staci

Welcome back, Stacie. Follow through and finish the program. Don't be self sabotaged by your thoughts. Gently move through them without giving them any energy. You'll make it.

Hey Staci, Im agoraphobic right now and im having so much trouble. I been going thru anxiety and panic attacks since June 2007. I have been struggling for quit a while but got a little better on my own from September till March. I started the online program in January 2008 but didnt take it that seriously cuz i thought i was better but not great enough. I canceled the program in March and decided to order the program. I ordered the program two weeks ago, I just recently got worst in the end of March. I finely received the program Yesterday and i am so excited working on it. I fear medications so i seriously hope and pray this program will help me thru this. I am tired of being homebounded and just want my normal life back. So if i can get thru this i know u will too along with everyone else.

I really know how sucky being Agoraphoic is so really try and try to get out there, even if u have to do baby steps.

You are not alone on this.

Thanxs for reasuring me that im not alone and i hope i did the same.

Good Luck

Shelly :)
