I have been dealing with my stress thru this program. The procrastinator is not me, but my fiancee. I finally got done with session 1 and passed it onto him last Sunday to take to work and do. I have copied all the book for me, and gave the book to him to use. I have even split the supplements up so we both can benefit from them. I have told him how much the program and supplements have helped me so far, and he agrees as he has seen a definite change in my behavior and attitude. :D SO, he calls last night and tells me how terrible he has felt for the last year. :( I asked him if he had listened to any of the tapes...NO! Has he taken the supplements I sent with him...NO! So my response is TAKE THEM AND LISTEN TO THE TAPES DUMMY! He says how much it has helped me... you would think he would give it a try and STOP PROCRASTINGATING! :? Time will tell...he said he was going to put the tape in and listen to it last night instead fo watching TV time will tell if he did. As the saying goes.. The Lord Helps Those Who Help Themselves! ;) Ok I am off my soapbox..LOL :) Thanks for listening!

Just remember, sweetie - we can only change ourselves. We truly can't change anyone else! They have to make that decision for themselves.

I know this has got to be so frustrating for you! You can see and feel positive changes in yourself and just can't understand why help is within his reach and he won't open his hands and take it! It would make me a little nuts too. But we can't do it for them!

Just keep working on your recovery and healing. Your health and well-being are so important! Hopefully, your fiance will come around, but if he doesn't - your choices seem to be acceptance or good-bye. In the meantime - prayer works miracles! :)

Blessings,
Dawn
