Hi everyone. It's been a while. I am now getting back into going to the forums and am starting the program over for the second time. I did the program about a year and a half ago. It helped, but I am still experiencing a lot of anxiety and depression. I think that doing it again will really help me if I really work the program. I need to do my part. I've started the program a few times before but never got passed the first session. I am planning on going through the whole thing this time.
My moods have been crazy. I change a lot in just one day, going up and down. One minute I'll feel really happy and the next, I feel very sad. I cry almost everyday, sometimes for no reason. Hopefully, going through the program and writing in the forum will help. Bye for now.

Hello Michelle and the best of wishes to you. I am glad that you are taking the steps to making you feel better. I too had completed the program and will tell you that my second time I found so many areas that I was able to coprehend and soak in the second time that I missed the first time. Please hold fast to knowing that you can and will feel better. Please let me know if I can be any help to you.

hugs to ya.

I think thats wonderful and you are starting the program and not fighting yourself. I'm sure you will receive even more revelation the second time. I know I have to repeat areas several times in order to fully grasp it! Practice makes perfect. I wish you must success and a life full of eternal happiness and peace.

I am starting a second time too. I bought the program the first time from ebay. It was missing some of the materials. So I bought it from the center the second time. I am already seeing a big difference this time. There's some things I just didn't understand the first time. Like it didn't sink in. So I think I will do much better the second time around.

Good luck to you!

i also found that some of the tapes that i listened to were funny when they told of the things that happened to them when they were going through panic and anxiety and all sorts of things..take care and good luck the 2nd time around..be blessed..

in session 1, it says to start reducing your caffeine and sugar. I have tried and tried again in the past to do this, it's really hard for me. I want to quit now more than ever before. what should I do? I drink lots of caffeine in different forms (tea, coffee, even pills). My addiction is pretty bad. It's no wonder why I cry and feel anxious all the time. What should I do?! I need help!
