I have had this program for almost a year, and didnt follow it, so now i am starting over and i am on week one of course.

Well this is not my first day.....but I am on session 1. I am already learning alot about me that I didn't know. I have talked to myself for years but learning I have not done it right! So if anyone out there is new or even old my ears are open....

I just started the program on Saturday. I have been trying to do the relaxation 3x/day but it's hard with 3 kids! One question...are we supposed to do each session for an entire week? That part has got me confused.

Yes we are supposed to do one session per week, its recommended to do it that way to get the most out of the program, best of luck to you anxiousmomof3!!
