Day 3 of the program
Day 3 of the program
I have been doing the program for 3 short days...but 3 very long days at work. This has been the hardest 3 days as far as stress at work is concerned that I have had in a long time. Today was the worse, every time the phone rang is was a crisis, but I used the breathing exercises and tried to keep positive thoughts but when you have had the negative thoughts for so long it is very hard to maintain the positive ones. The thing that is helping me the most is that while working in the workbook, instead of just answering the questions with one word answers, I try to expound on the answers and write down why I answered the questions the way I did. It makes for more writing but I read somewhere that if you write things down they negative thoughts don't stay in your head.
