I want to succeed, but every time I'm alone, I start to panic and do things that I'd normally wouldn't want to do. I constantly worry about what others think about me, I also want to be perfect in everything that I do, so when I'm by myself, my mind goes crazy. It says FREEDOM! I guess it's like some kind of mania, but I might go on drinking binges etc, In situations where I feel that I have complete control . No disappointments, being around no-one I know, and getting the attention I guess that I so crave. I seem not to care when anymore about others, and drinking makes it easier for me! It's not a healthy habit, and I definitely want to get a handle on it.
I was wondering if anyone else does something like this, and if so, how they are coping now that they are in the program. I know the relaxation Cd will help, just hope that I can stay with it.
How do I change this bad habits? New to the program.
scared to be alone
