for session one i only listened to it twice and sometimes didn't listen to the relaxing tapes. i don't know if i should start again or continue on to session 2 and just be more committed to it.
i can't believe i'm stressing about tapes like this!!!! help?!?!!?!?

gettingbetter - love the name first off. Session 1 is kind of like an intro, so i think it would be Ok to move on. The schedule that is layed out for the program is great if you are able to stick to it. But most of us have had to adapt our own shedule to work on. The most important thing is to be sure you are doing the work that goes with each session. Good Luck.

I agree with Nelson Project on this. I have worried that I'm not doing the program the right way too. this actually gave me more anxiety. We are such perfectionist and worry we are not doing it right. I think you have to find what works best for you (and if you find that out please let me know...LOL!) I still struggle with this :)
