I just started the program and need a little help in understanding something. Do I need to listen to session one for three days before moving on or can i move on to session two now? Also I was feeling better this week but after watch this program I started feeling a little anxious is that normal? thanks

Jbug its normal to fill anxious for a while because you want things to get better so fast ,but just take one day at a time and you will see why its worth it,I felt the same way. GOOD LUCK and GOD BLESS YOU.

This is my second time going through the program. I went through the program 20 years ago. I had great success back then but due to many many difficult circumstances in my life I now have problems with anxiety attacks. I am on week 9 of the program and I love it!! I personally don't think you need to spend an entire week on session 1. I think you should do the sessions as they work for you, for instance if you need to spend two weeks or longer on a session, thats okay. :) This is YOUR program and you are the one working it.
