newbie with questions

Just started week one on mon. is it normal to feel more anxious when you first begin the program? did anyone else feel this way? would appreciate any advice any "veterans" could give me! :?

I've heard a lot of people here say that they became more anxious when they started the program. Are you listening to the relaxation tape a few times a day? You might want to try listening to the relaxation tape first, and then listening to the CD session. The initial anxiety seems to dissipate as you get more relaxed with the program itself. Just take your time with it and don't see it as something stressful, see it as something that will be help you. Stick with it - you will be glad you did.

I felt very anxious when I started the program. For me, I was anxious thinking about all the work and effort that was in front of me. I set up short term goals like really focus on the tape this week, or food next week, ect... and here I am at week 7. It really goes by fast and the anxiety just melts away. Congrats on starting!! I am sure you won't regret it!
