Hi all,
i am recently also experiencing whatseems like mtion sickness. when i ride my bike i am fine, but when i get off, i feel lightheaded adn slightly dizzy. or, when i ride in the passenger seat in a car for a long ride on the highway, and then get out, i feel unsteady again for a while. Is this anxiety? sometimes i even feel unsteady when i am walking around my house doing chores and going around corners. anyone relate?

Yes, I get this too, but the more attention you pay to it, the worse it will be. Don't be surprised if you give up this symptom and another one pops up. Its called symptom shifting. Ignore it and it will go away.
If you do have any real health concerns, make sure your blood sugar is steady and that you consume enough protein and potassium.

Hi LMM, I get those EXACT same symtoms. I would get out of my car at work and feel like I couldnn't make it across the parking lot because I was so lightheaded and unsteady. It would happen all the time and I was afraid to go anywhere where I'd have to walk any distance. As I am working with the program this feeling has decreased so much. I've had all the medical tests with negative results. It truly is JUST ANXIETY. Just work through it when it happens.

I couldn't agree more with Paula+1, now that this symptom is manageable, I find myself at times shifting to something new. But, this time around I concentrate on my thoughts and go immediately to positive ones. I've got a way to go, but I'm feeling much more confident. I think that's what is necessary to get a handle on this. We have to get our confidence back.

I know that you will, and we all will be fine. Just keep working the program!

My mom has a blood suger meter so I would test my suger because I thought I had low blood suger, it was fine. Oh well just another one of those lovely symptoms!
