I can handle any symptom that panic attacks throw at me except for that horrible feeling that I am not real and everything is familiar but not at the same time. When it happens I think it'll never go away. My dr's will never be able to help me, no medication, no one in the world because I feel so isolated and stuck in my crazy mind. Of course it passes but at the time I believe it'll never go away. Does anyone have this to an exteme degree? Has anyone found a way to prevent or stop this?

This is the main symptom that is bothering me right now. One thing I do is try to float through it. When you start feeling this way don't attach an emotion to it. Just let it pass and eventually the feeling will become less and less.
