My shortness of breath and chest pains scare the crap put of me, only making it worse!  I know what it is, but sometimes I cannot control it.
How do I keep the tightness in the chest down?!  It makes me feel dizzy and hot flashes too.

Hi There,
I was going through that tight chest and a lot of chest pains for a long time...the tight chest became worse after I began the program and the only thing that finally worked was the deep breathing for at least a few minutes and using the relaxation methods either by the cd or just my own. I'm so happy to say that fir the most part that tight feeling rarely happens now. It was so uncomfortable and seemed to increase my already stresed and anxious body and mind. Also a walk helped, just getting out for even 15 minutes.
Maybe others have more helpfull ideas.
