Yea, it's everybody not just those who are one a medication. I say all of this because it is important to eliminate those habits that appear to be like memory loss and is actually a lack of attention to what we are all doing.

I sometimes think we give our medication a little much to room, also. Memory loss and focusing is a problem when you want to achive gools and be self-confident and you occupy your mind with negative thoughs which you can alter.

Wow, Oskar! Another good point! :D Just like right now I was about to post how frustrated I am w/ DH being home and having the TV on too loud that I can hear it in the living room, where I want quiet.

I can't escape to my usual compulsion such as gardening or pondkeeping. I can't escape to watch my TV shows because he is in the room. It is a snow day and I can't go anywhere. I think I need to get rid of some "energy". I think I will go do some laundry and hope I feel a bit better. ;) He just came out of the room with a belch, sort of, and is leaving. I guess he got the hint when I went and closed the bedroom door.

I'm not use to having him around home so much, and with this anxiety my ears are so sensitive to sound. Yikes!
