Hi,

I listened to session 1 a few weeks ago. I did everything, the workbook, relaxation tape, etc.

I then did session 2, but did not feel like I did it with 100% dedication. I listened to the session a few times and did the relaxation tape, but never did the workbook.

I am getting back into the program and was hoping for a suggestion as to the best starting point. Should I re-start with session 1, or start with session 2, or just go on and do session 3?

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

I feel the same way. I listened to Session 1 did the homework but then when Session 2 came out i just bombed out and was really dedicated. I think that I should probably start over but I'm just going to keep at it with Session 2. When i feel that i ready to move forward, i do that. But that just me.

I did the same thing and have been struggling with what to do as well, and have been becoming very anxious about it, lol. I started the program about 3 weeks ago, did everything I had to do for session one and then some (except for joining the peer discussion group) and just have not been able to do the same with session 2 although I already felt that it was helping and could really make a difference if I just stuck with it. I don't feel as if I have enough discipline to see something through, without having specific deadlines, etc. for 15 weeks. I know I really need to do this, and for the first time in a long time I really feel as if I have found something that can truly help long term. I just hope that I can find a way to really invest myself into this because I know that it will be the best thing for me and my family.
