i just love the relaxation CD so much but need to make more time for it. it seems the only time i have to work on this is when my 2 year old is napping and then its a struggle...clean the house or work on my anxiety! seems to be a no brainer but i always get pulled away doing something else. im finding that journaling is one of my best ways to vent at the end of the day...i can complain about everything and nobody has to read it. does anyone have any suggestions for unwinding and shutting my mind off at the end of the day?
