12 is a thinker. (all were but it sorta throws a curve at ya) I think I do get something out of my anxeity. I won't get into it as your still in the beginning and I don't want to distract you. But its good.
I've been doing much better sence I started the program. I have had anxiety but no panic attacks. I am doing more things that make me feel better too. I am being more assertive and that helps me comunicate better. I try hard to stay in the present, don't dwell on days gone by, or things that would make me angry, its over. I feel much more free.

Family stuff is always stressful, I need to be less effected by all that. But I do have some great tools to help me work through it.
I'll probably keep with 12 another week, listen to is a few more times. See if I can locate more things to help me when I know certian things like health, sickness and going to the dentist are in my life. to roll with it and not go into the "I'm circling the drain" mentality.
I'm glad you are hanging with it. I do believe this has really helped me. I think it will put a handle on it for anyone who really wants to get better. I have read other post where people have done other programs along with this one and that helps them too. For me, I think this is good, my being so tired of feeling like I did was a good launching pad to do something about it. There are lots of good ideas in this program, and it does take some thought and comitment as once you start feeling better you forget about your self.
The posting has helped me as well. For some strange reason it helps!
