hi everyone,
my name is michael, and i am DONE with feeling like this.
i started the program over a year ago; got to week 8 (or 9?) and was doing so great that i quit, and went to china ... TWO TIMES!!!
i'm flying back to china in 2 months, but my panic has come back so bad that i'm always dizzy, always worried, find it hard to drive, etc.
i just listened to the first cd again tonight, and am going to do the journal now. just wanted to re-introduce myself, give a bit of background, and say that i look forward to being with all of you (new and those in my situation) as we get through this together.

good luck to all of us.

This is my second time starting the program I did it a few years ago when i was having a hard time getting through my college course we would always present things and read out lout the program helped me a lot i actually presented my project i was nervous, but i had the guts to actually get up there when on other occasions i would run out of the classroom no matter what! after the class i stopped doing the program and then my self esteem faded again, this time i am determined to finish it.

good to see there are others restarting like I am -- this time I have to stay with it -- I will not stay on these bp meds indefinitely -- 1st time I didn't use this resource - I think it will be helpful

Why did you quit before week 15?
I am excited to start this yet scared that I may quit if I don't see results.
How long was it before you started seeing results.

I started the program a couple of years ago, got half way through and quit. My advice is, even if you are feeling 100% better...FINISH ANYWAY! I think that finishing up will give us all the tools to stop the anxiety for good. This program is amazing and does work, just make sure to take the time, use to resources an support teams, and most of all have faith in yourself. If you need to talk to anyone, we are all here for you!
Best of luck to you all, first..second..or third time around!!
Angie

Hey Guys, I'm also on board for a second time at it. I completed the 15 weeks with fair results but I definitly didn't do it 100%. never had a journal and did some skipping around. this time it's gonna be done right. I just want to have the tools to deal with this anxiety. my concentration has gotten really bad as well as my memory. I'm sure it's cause my mind is in overload. Well good luck guys I hope for the best results for everyone cause living like this sucks..

Well here I am. I have completed the course once, and am starting over. I got alot out of it the first time around, but hope to get even more out of it this time.

I had a hard time settleing into the rythem last time so I hope this time I will be able to take the course at a better pace emotionally.

For those who are struggling just keep going. This course builds on itself, you can always go back to the earlier CD's, be patient. I think that was my main problem the first time around, I was not being patient enough with myself, I hope to correct that this time.

Good luck everyone, this course works keep it up and you'll see. :)
