Good Days vitamins
I just started the good mood vitamins. Which they fail to tell you it may cause high blood pressure or low blood pressure. Right now I don't feel good about any of it. I keep running to my blood pressure monitor...I can't tell if its the vitamins or me panicking that has my blood pressure elevated. It never elevated like this before.
This is my first time responding. You have asked the question I was going to ask about the vitamins? When I told my husband about the vitamins, he made a smart remark about the program. I hate that I feel negative(one of my biggest problems) about the vitamins and want to take them if they will help me feel better. Now the blood pressure thing is stressing me. Do you have a problem with you blood pressure???
I researched each ingredient on WEBMD.com and I called Good Days lab in Ohio at their 800 number and this also specified that there have been some people who had to stop taking the vitamin because of its possible side effects which are not listed. The side of effect is either low or high blood pressure caused by the key ingredient PANAX GINSENG aka SIBERIAN GINGSENG. Good Days rep did not wall to state which ingredient caused this effect but thank GOD for Web MD and Doctors!!! Shame on Good Days they should have specified each ingredient good and bad? Like we all need some GINSENG to keep going!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all! I use to take the Good Day vitamins, and my doctor's wife, a nurse whom I was speaking with at the time looked over the box, stating that they are safe with my other meds. She did not mention anything regarding blood pressure, but she may have not been , (like a lot of medical professionals), that familiar with herbs and vitamins etc..... and the vitamins seemed to have given me mood swings, and made me really irritable. That's why I quit taking them. I never checked my blood pressure when I was on them. Thanks for letting us know about that though. Side effects should always be listed. I know people taking them, and they work fine so maybe it depends on the person, or what medical issues they might have had before perhaps. Anyhow, it's always good to be well informed for sure.

I am taking Good Days vitamins; however, I purchase natural herbs all the time for what ails me and my family. It's only been a week and some of the herbs are new to me, will research and get back with you. But all in all I haven't noticed any bad side effects and I take meds for high blood pressure, ADHD, Bipolar, high cholesterol and anti-anxiety. Are you sure it is the vitamins??
