Allergic Reation to Good Days?

I was wondering if ANYONE has had an allergic reation to the good days supplement?

I have had reactions to Echinecea and Funegreek in the past and am very hesitant to try the suppliment (Yes, I realize the anxiety is showing itself as well).

Any suggestions in how to find out if it is safe to use with my past allergies. I just began the program and am new to the whole posting process as well.

If I were you I would take the ingredient list to your pharmacist or doctor and ask them if they think any of what is in the supplements would be related to the two things you had an allergic reaction to.

Thats where I would start.
