Antidepressant intolerant

Just wondering if anyone else has had intolerance to anti depressants.

You say "intolerance". Are you totally intolerant or just not acclimated to the drug?

I nearly gave up on Sertraline, it took more than 6 weeks for my body to adjust to the medication. Of course, having anxiety and obsessive thoughts just adds to the symptoms of the medication.

If your Doctor feels you cannot take antidepressants it may be so.

Yes, I am unable to take antidepressants. I have tried just about all of them and have been told by several psychitrists that I cannot tolerate them. They make me very suicidal and psychotic.
