I tried zoloft or 3 months, it made me sicker. I was nervous, dizzy, shaky, disconnected. So I stopped gradually. Now that it's out of my system I have a very short temper and anger that causes anxiety feelings like chest pain, irritability. I have to take klonopin to relax me. Anyone else go through this? Is it temporary, how long did it last for you?
This is why I really didn't like anti-depressants because they're basically like perscription crack. Coming off of them is like a crack addict getting thrown into detox.
When I quit taking celexa, I quit cold turkey and after a day or 2. I would be walking down a hallway and all of a sudden the world would start spinning and I almost fell on the floor lol.
Withdrawals usually cause short temper, I can live without anti-depressants. But if somebody takes my cigarettes away, may god help them.
After a few months withdrawals usually go away.
