Pristiq

Need some help. I went off lexapro and switched cold turkey to Pristiq 9 weeks ago. Anyone taking Pristiq? I seem to have more anxiety on Pristiq than ever before. I also feel like I'm have Derealization/Depersonalization more often and more Depression. I'm on 50mg. How long should it take before it levels out for me? Any help?

Went back to the doctor today. He said it wasn't working for me so it's back to paxil. Hopefully I can keep the weight off this time.
