i'm not sure if i spelled it right but its a natural thing comes in pill form used for anxiety and depression i went to a doctor and told me to try it. i currently use lorazepam0.5mg sometimes it works and sometimes it makes me anxious. he told me to stop taking lorazepam because it's addicting and side effects aren't good.
