I'm new to the program

Welcome to the Peer Group. I am also new, having just started session 1. I, too, have trouble with anxiety and haven't come up with anything to stop it. I am anxious a good part of the time and find that I only feel better for the morning when I get up. I take Serax but it really doesn't help other than be a sleep aid. I am anxious over everything and even have anxiety over posting on this site and doing the program itself. I am hoping that I will develop better tools as I go through the program. I have meditation music that I listen to and often that helps a bit. I think that listening to the relaxation session daily will be of help to both of us.
