Does anyone have these symptoms for extended periods of time? If so, do have any suggestions on how to deal with these physical symptoms (excluding the changing the way you think - and breath)?

Hi Ann,

I live on pepto-bismol, literally daily however, I have found lately that I have to eat small little meals every 3 hours and the nausea is much better, that may help with the heartburn too, the healthier the better! strange but it works for me!

Best wishes!

Yeah that is what I do too I eat a lot of little meals. I lost weight doing that too.
I hate the shortness of breath and thinking too. It is getting better but I notice that around that time of the month it gets a little worse.
I pray a lot too :O)

Yeah the meds are good I like mylanta it works really fast for heartburn. The Nausea I try crakers and sprit and then if that doesn't work I take pepto bismol. For the hearburn things that make mine worse are spicy foods, chocolate carbonated drinks and cinnamon... Hope you feel better and if those things don't work go to your local doctor they have stronger meds:)
-What I am looking for is not out there, but is in me.
