i just wrote a post on feeling like i cant breathe. i have felt like that for three days now. it is so uncomfortable. its hard for my brain to register this is stress and anxiety.
i have so much tension in my chest and stomach. but i always get through it so that gives me some comfort.

It sometimes fells like I am hardly breathing. I think about it and it makes it worse. It seems to be worse when I go to bed. Is this stress?

YES and as stated from Holly J I tend to yawn very much! That is like the only time I feel that I am getting good air. I notice that happens when I am experiencing anxiety. Once I start yawning, I am really getting anxious!

Ths is my biggest issue. I always feel like this when I am having anxiety. Since my job requires my undivided attention while I am at work I don't think about it therefore it does not happen but during the weekend it is almost unstopable. I hate this feeling but I have been feeling like this for 3 years now and nothing has happened and I have gone to see the cardio many times and every time they tell me the same thing. You are fine.

I get this feeling a lot. I have good days and bad days. The more I think about it, the worse it gets too. Try distracting yourself with a project like cleaning or a crossword puzzle. This helps me a lot. Feel better soon!!
