Hey D-
I'm sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. Paxil was one of 10 different medications I was on and I know about that feeling. Actually, coming off of any "brain" medication like that will cause you to feel this way (drunk and woozy).
I can't tell you how long it will take, all of us are different. I'm not a dr., just someone who's been there and had had similar results. One thing that did help me was taking B-Complex (B vitamins you can get at most any store). It helped to restore the balance of my "feel good" vitamins in my body. It is something you take with food because it is "water soluable" (you digest it for it to work). But - it worked really well for me when I was trying to get the drugs out of my system and feel "normal" again.
Other than that, there are online medical sites that have some good info on coming off off the medications and some info on how to help and what to expect.
I hope this helps you some. Good luck to you on getting back to balance in your life. I wish you great success in your health and happiness. -J

Aaron,
I have no personal experience, though I do know that there's a web site where you can search for side effects at www.WebMD.com
I hope this helps, this must be so frustrating for you.
Another source of information is your pharmacist. They are often VERY helpful.
