Lexapro + Clonazapam??

Hey all, I'm new to this board, and just signed up to get my free DVD's and CD's. I'm currently prescribed with 40mg of Lexapro and currently taking 2-3mg of clonazapam a day. I have good days and bad days--my bad days are usually where I'm too exhausted to even focus.... Anybody have any input or advice? I am taking Yaz birth control, but have been taking that before the Lexapro/Clonazapam combo and didn't notice any issues with it alone.

This my poison too. I take 10mg of Lex and am currently tapering off the Klonopin. Down from 2mgs a day to .225 as I have begun water titration for the last little bit. I wanted off the benzos to see if I can handle life without them

So I am going SLOW SLOW SLOW.

I know some people have issues with the thought of eastern medicine, BUT have you tried acupuncture. I have witnessed AMAZING results.
