Kathie the TEA forms are a great way to eliminate anxiety. T stands for thought, E stands for error and A stands for analysis.

Doing outstanding and even enjoyed a mostly anxiety free holiday. How did everyone else fare this year? I don't miss being on meds at all lol.

Amen to that. I hope I never have to take another maintenance med for anything ever again!
