Just started Klonopin- HELP
I have the Klonopin for panic but only take it when i really feel i need to. I was taking it everyday at the beginning stages of my panic rollercoaster. Now that I am able to work through all of these issues by myself and with the program I have only needed to take it once. My in laws were to be around that day. They are greaat people and i love em but, they are in laws. Need I say more? haha. Take care all!
Adrenal Fatigue? This is very rare. I can't diagnose you, but I have low energy and am tired all the time as well, but my anxiety has led to a bad depression. Have you had testing to lead to this diagnosis? I've been to several Psychiatrists over the last year and have had several diagnosis and several treatment regimens, all different.
Klonopin is a great drug, stick with it if you can. It's great for anxiety, it works for up to 12 hours without needing another dose unlike Xanax. Klonopin has very little side effects. Sedation is the major one. Google it and see for yourself. Good luck...Gary

IVE BEEN ON KLONOLIN FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND IT HAS WORKED GREAT FOR ME. THE ONLY BAD THINK I THINK IS THAT IT CAN BE HIGHLY ADDICTIVE AND YOU HAVE TO SLOWLY WEEN OF IT. IT HELPS ME THROUGH THE DAY AND IT HELPS ME SLEEP. BEFORE I WAS ON I WAS ALWAYS ON EDGE. TAKING KLONOPIN AND THE PROGRAM HAS REALLY WORKED FOR ME. GOOD LUCK!!!!
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

hey all, this is my first post. i'm restarting the program. i was panic free for 3 years, had an episode of agoraphobia 2 years ago. got over it and then boom 9 months ago it came back like crazy. worst ever. was housebound for 2 + months. well fastforeward to know. 8 months on Klonopin. it does help take the edge off. i'm also an alcoholic (5+yeas sober)
so i was very hesitant to take klonopin, that is probably why i was housebound for those months. but after i did, it did help. i can now leave home, work and goto martial arts. it's still hard for me to drive other places. i never finshed the program ever. i do up to week 5 and quit. i'm makinga commitment right now to start and finish it! that includes workbook, tapes, relaxtion and journaling. haha the classic panic patient i am, i even cut down on my klonopin without telling my doctore. i went form .75 a day to .5 a day and then it was hard for me to desinsitize for awhile. now i'm gonna listen to the doc and do this program like i do my A.A. program, as a life long process. i think we all have a daily repreive from panic if we keep up with the program. 24 hours at a time and when it's good...keep at it! cuz then it will stay GOOD! sorry for ramble....
