Flax Seed Oil.
Well, I was and have been taking FlaxSeed for the last couple months, long before I even heard of this idea of it curing anything. For me it was just a health thing I chose to do. I still have my anxiety just the same as before. So, I am going to have to vote a big NO against it helping. Just does what it's supposed to do, and help your heart. 

With any foods and people, certain things react differently with everyone. we are all unique...think of it...your blood type may be totally different than the next person, your thought patterns are different ,someone may feel great with 5 hours sleep and you need 8-9. We are all the same but different. The same goes with foods, supplements, vitamins...a good Naturopath, Osteopath doctor will investigate those things for you if you got the money for that sort of thing.....its painstakingly tedious to FIND the right foods that make you feel good...its trial and error....I noticed that if I eat fish more I feel better with my joints, aches and pains...however fish may not do it for another. It comes down to being really aware and alert to your bodys signals and what you are doing, feeling and eating to see what affects you.....a very intense thing to do.......but I find over the years what actually bothers my symptoms. creamcheesepuff

outside sources....family, job, bills, TV news
food/drink salt, sugar, fat, carbs, caffeine
Enviromental factors..pollen, chemical smells,
water treatment, pesticides, heat, cold
sleep habits...bad dreams, good dreams, pain, coughing, etc...bad mattress. noisey neighbors.
IF you really think about it, there are millions of things that affect us, If we were to write down every thing that we were aware of during a normal day....beginning with your eyes opening and how you felt as that moment and you continued to write voraciously on every little thing in a 10-12 hour period it would be mindboggling......I wonder if anyone ever did that.....what a read that would be!!!!! ie: I opened my eyes to the sound of a lawnmower..negative thought already my sleep was disturbed, visions of strangling the person mowing at 8am over took my mind. As I turned to get out of bed I noticed my foot was sore....I walked it out to the bath room..etc etc...
it would be a mini series of someones life...interesting. creamcheesepuff
