I know of one person, Sunset34, who used to be on the forum who used it and said it worked for her. She's now recovered and doing her thing.
Hi there! I saw my name listed here and had to see what it was about! :) I check in from time to time because I know many of you are still suffering and need all the help you can get. As for "Rescue Remedy", I have not used this product. Although I am fully recovered now and "doing my thing" ( thanks Don! :D )
there are things that I did use that really helped at the time. Natural supplements like
GABA and L-theanine ( Suntheanine) , lemon balm along with B complex really help alot and they DO work. You can find them at your local GNC store. If anyone has any questions feel free to email me!!

Hi all,

It is hard to believe that out of all the posters here no one could simply do this to show a little love:

<A HREF="http://www.vitacost.com/productResults. ... e%20Remedy" TARGET=_blank>http://www.vitacost.com/productResults. ... 0Remedy</A>

or this:

<A HREF="http://www.vitacost.com/Bach-Flower-Rem ... ess-Relief" TARGET=_blank>http://www.vitacost.com/Bach-Flower-Rem ... -Relief</A>

Just wondering? At least, it was brought up as a matter of discussion.

Please read prior post for where to get. check all the ingredient against the contra-indications for your medication to find out out safety issue. You might try this place to begin and dig to find out, or ask your doctor or pharmacist:

just enter your med in the search field and begin finding out for your self and not rely on just word of mouth or rumor.

Stacy d - You can buy this at most any health food store. I think they pretty much all carry the Bach Remedies. It works well for acute anxiety, but I found it was not that effective for chronic all day anxiety.

Hi Mary,

Since it appears that you've used this.
but I found it was not that effective for chronic all day anxiety.
Can you use it several times a time to help you with your all day anxiety?

I know that it is safe as any other cup of tea you might drink but there may be limits to how much is too much. If you look at this thread or others on this herbal remedy, you will find that several people were helped with this product, and have since left this message board.

Thanks for your info and insight.

You can use it several times a day but what I found was that I was going through a bottle a day, and it was costing me too much money. For me it was more useful for sudden acute anxiety that was situational, and not for unspecified chronic anxiety. I suppose it depends on what type of anxiety you are having and what you need at the time. Later on I tried Passion Flower extract which for me seemed to work better. Now I don't take anything since working on this program, but a year or so ago I think I tried everything there was.

Hi Mary,

Thanks for that report. Passion flower, another natural remedy and you got positive results. You are now off this and no meds and working the program. Sounds like a huge success story in the making for natural Passion Flower and this program. Please keep us posted on your progress.
