Hi Corrina,
How are you doing now with coming off of effexor? Today is my first day off effexor. I'm so scared after reading some of the withdrawls. I will take things day by day. I've been on it now for over 2 years, but after talking to someone yesterday, she really scared me. She said it was like HELL, but everyone is different.... So, hopefully I will be okay... I also have the attacking anxiety program that I purchased a few years ago, and I'm going to start it over. Good luck to you.
