Wow Shif I never heard that about their
adrenaline? That must be what makes
steaks so tasty!!
;)
I'd like to see a list of what foods correlate with each vitamin.I think theres a list in week 5 but I forget? Like we know Oranges have vitamin C but what foods give us Iron and Calcium and the right amount of minerals and so on.I know that pregnant women take Folic acid which I think is the same as B6 and we don't store that so it has to be replenished daily.
Anywhooo if you know of a simple list could you
post a link?
Thanks
J~

That may be Jill! :p Actually when people don't eat meat for a while they don't feel the trigger that meat gives them, it does make people feel "peppy" for lack of better words.

When the animals feel fear, they release adrenaline and it gets into the muscle of the meat, which is what most people eat. Carnivores in the wild will go for the water & nutrient-rich organ meats before moving on to the flesh and skin of the animal.

Oranges are actually not really as high in vitamin C as people are led to think by the Orange industry. Papaya, red bell peppers and strawberries are high sources. Also broccoli is a good one. Then there's oranges, and then cataloupe and kiwi fruit.

Here is a chart:

On a high plant food diet, virtually every nutrient will be available. When I was pregnant many moons ago, I did take a prenatal not knowing the facts, and I followed the mainstream Western medical wisdom.
