How long does it take Xanax to work for you?

I started on a low dose and I have now been increased to .50 four times a day. This along with 200 ml of zoloft. This sometimes is not enough so they have increased me to two .50 tablets for extreme attacks.

Fear not - I have felt the same way too...I am currently taking .25 mg of xanax and always feel really good when I go for a period of time without anxiety, but I recently had 2 weeks of controlling it and then had a relapse on Sunday night. I had tried taking melatonin to try and get some sleep and ended up staying up until 3am feeling major anxiety...I posted on this and got some really positive advice from DeeDee...just keep sticking with the program...you might have a step back periodically, but its ok
