I've been remembering my dreams a lot more too since I started on Lex. Conveinently they've been mostly good dreams, so perhaps the serotonin is kicking in at night.

hello everyone,
i'n new to this post.
my dr. increased my dose of lexapro from 20mgs to 30. at first it was the headaches, then the awful nausa now i'm extremely tired. could it be the increase? i've been on 20 mgs for 4 years. i thought i was doing ok.

my father was living with me for 7 years. his health began to fail about 6 months ago. this had to have been one of the most stressful times in my life. daddy would pass away in late sept. my father was a father that every child should have. watching him slip away was so sad.i fell into a big black hole.

i went to my dr. got the increase of lexapro. i have never felt so sick.

i was wondering if it would help me if i took the med 3 times a day at 10 mgs instead of the 30 all at one time, or would it be better to take it at night.

i really don't know if these side effects are from grief or the increase. i'm going into my 3rd week of 30 mgs.

right now i feel fine. i need to take the lexapro, but i'm going to wait until tonight. one reason is i want to see how i feel today.

does this sleepy feeling ever go away. does anyone have any advice

thank you
